According to a law passed by the German parties CDU, CSU and SPD, from 2008 on is possible to trace who has contacted whom via telephone, mobile phone or e-mail for a period of six months. In the case of mobile calls or text messages via mobile phone, the user's location is also logged. Anonymising services will be prohibited as of 2009.

The data that is collected about the entire population allows our movements to be traced, any calls or communications with personal and business contacts to be monitored and removes privacy in our personal relationships. Information regarding the content of communications can be deduced relating to personal interests and the individual life circumstances of the persons communicating. Access to the data is granted to the police, public prosecutors, secret services and foreign states which hope for better prosecution of crimes.

He created an influential Twentieth-Century architectural style, stated with extreme clarity and simplicity. Organraub im Kosovo-Krieg. In ihrem Buch wirft Del Ponte der Kosovo-Rebellenarmee UCK Organhandel vor, liefert aber keine Beweise.

Del Ponte schreibt, sie habe glaubwürdige Hinweise erhalten, dass Albaner gefangene Serben aus dem
Kosovo nach Nordalbanien brachten, um ihnen dort Organe zu entnehmen und sie dann umzubringen.
Die Körperteile seien ins Ausland verkauft worden. Die Haager Ermittler hätten zwar Blutspuren und
medizinisches Material gefunden, die Beweise hätten jedoch nicht für eine Anklage ausgereicht.
Kurz vor der Veröffentlichung des Buchs hatten Journalisten Auszüge bekommen, in denen
beschrieben wird, wie Terroristen der "Befreiungsarmee" der Kosovo-Albaner (UCK)
über 300 Einwohner aus den serbischen Enklaven entführten. Sie alle, so del Ponte, wurden
in den Norden Albaniens gebracht, wo ihnen in einem Geheimlabor lebenswichtige Organe für den Schwarzmarkthandel entnommen wurden.

"Die Jagd. Ich und die Kriegsverbrecher" ist in die Regale der italienischen und Schweizer Buchläden gelangt. Seit langem erwartet, löst das Buch Diskussionen aus - nicht nur, weil der Autorin die Werbung dafür untersagt wurde.

Ich streite mich nicht um die Wortwahl, sondern über
Tatsachen, welche die
Worte zu beschreiben
suchen.

In Tausenden von Kommentaren und Talkshows häufen sie Verfluchungen und Beschimpfungen und gefaelschte Berichte über das bösartige China. Aber haben die Kurden in der Türkei, im Irak und in Syrien nicht dasselbe Recht? Die Bewohner der West-Sahara, deren Gebiet von Marokko besetzt ist? Die Basken in Spanien? After several days of consultations the conference ended with a concerted "plan of action". The paper is entitled "Roadmap for the Tibet Movement for the Coming Years" covering four areas of interest: "political support for negotiations", "human rights", "environment and development" and "the 2008 Olympic games in Beijing." Es sieht so aus, als seien die Tibeter das einzige Volk auf Erden, dem das Recht auf Unabhängigkeit mit brutaler Gewalt verweigert wird.

Und dann gibt es selbst blinden Aktionismus aus den Reihen uninformierter Künstlergruppen: "BLAUE HAENDE fuer Tibet." Bullshit!

WIE JEDERMANN unterstütze ich die Rechte des tibetanischen Volkes auf Unabhängigkeit oder wenigstens auf eine Autonomie. Wie jedermann verurteile ich die Aktionen der chinesischen Regierung dort. Aber ich bin nicht - wie jedermann - bereit, mich an den Demonstrationen zu beteiligen. Warum?

Weil ich ein ungutes Gefühl habe, dass ich mich damit einer Gehirnwäsche unterziehe, dass das, was da vor sich geht, eine Übung in Heuchelei ist.

Ich meine, dass der wahre Grund eher darin zu finden ist, dass Amerikas Hegemonie in der Welt gefaerdet ist --- Das große amerikanische Empire versinkt in hoffnungslose Schulden, und China mag bald der größte Geldverleiher sein. Und die europaeischen Vasallen ziehen mit.

Mar 30, 8:20am: Beautiful pictures of a abandoned villa near Kostroma, a historic city in central Russia. It seems that you come in a fairy tale. This is a dream house... BUT... No one can live there, it's Russia. Either the government there will fix it up and use it as headquarters for something, or they'll knock it down for the timber. It's probably to far out of he way to be useful to anybody. IF the government found someone living there, that person would probably find themselves the winners of a lovely vacation to Siberia.

Mar 24, 10:29am: I'm a big fan of dogs and cats, ok. horses and don't really get the allure of having animals like bunnies or hamsters or ferrets as pets, but the one thing that has always interested me when it comes to hamsters is their habitats. The ability to add tubes and tunnels onto their little houses has to be very satisfying.An often-used type of hamster cage with tubes, too small for a full grown syrian.
